Position Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing team. As a remote intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and creating captivating content. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, loves wearing multiple hats, and has a natural flair for storytelling and design.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to comments/messages.
• Track performance metrics and suggest strategies for improvement.

Content Creation:

• Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and infographics using tools like Canva.
• Write engaging blog posts, captions, and email content that align with our brand voice.
• Collaborate on campaign ideas to showcase Psyber Inc’s unique value proposition.

Brand Strategy Support:

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for digital campaigns.
• Help maintain consistency in branding across all digital channels.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and marketing.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for Startups: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited about wearing multiple hats.
• Creative Enthusiasm: You love design, storytelling, and making an impact through compelling content.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, and basic analytics tools (bonus: experience with scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite).
• Proactive Attitude: You’re eager to learn, take initiative, and are not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Previous experience in social media or digital marketing (even personal projects) is a plus.
• A portfolio or examples of past creative work is highly encouraged.
