Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design attractive posters, banners, and graphics for marketing.
• Create and follow B2B marketing plans for lead generation.
• Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and build a strong professional network.
• Promote the company’s fun culture videos on Facebook and Instagram.
• Make engaging office videos to showcase team activities and work culture.
• Think of content ideas that connect with the audience and increase engagement.
• Analyse social media results and improve campaigns based on insights.
• Use smart B2B marketing tactics to create impactful campaigns.
• Promote company products and services through LinkedIn Ads and posts.
• Drive engagement and interactions on LinkedIn by creating relevant and compelling content.
• Develop LinkedIn campaigns focused on lead generation and audience targeting.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and a passion for digital marketing.
• Creativity and proficiency in designing marketing materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
