Data Science Intern (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of computer vision algorithms for various applications.
• Design, train, and optimize deep neural networks for image and video analysis tasks.
• Work with large datasets to train and evaluate models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision solutions into products.
• Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve model performance.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of computer vision and deep learning.
• Document research findings and present results to the team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of computer vision concepts and techniques.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and neural network architectures.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
• Knowledge of image processing techniques and libraries (e.g., OpenCV, PIL).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Good to have qualifications:

• Experience with GPU programming and optimization (e.g., CUDA).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms for model training and deployment (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Contributions to open-source project
