Key Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via calls, emails, and
chats.
● Provide accurate information about our products and services, ensuring high
levels of customer satisfaction.
● Assist in resolving customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
● Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions in our CRM
system.
● Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and
provide feedback for continuous improvement.
