Job Overview:
We are looking for passionate individuals to become Community Ambassadors for the Digital Health App. As a Community Ambassador, your role will be to actively promote and evangelize our app within your community, encouraging downloads and onboarding users. You’ll be rewarded based on the number of successful conversions i.e. no. of app downloads, no. of profiles registered and will have the opportunity to earn additional commissions by motivating users to upload medical records, especially for specific user groups like children, pregnant women, and senior citizens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an evangelist for our Health App by promoting its features and benefits to individuals and groups within your community.
• Drive app downloads and successful onboarding of users.
• Encourage users to create complete health profiles, including adding family members and medical records.
• Focus on onboarding, pregnant women, mothers and senior citizens, with an emphasis on gathering at least 5 medical records per profile.
• Track conversions and report progress to the TREUX team.
• Foster trust and relationships within the community to build long-term users of the app.

Incentives & Rewards:

• Commission-based Earnings: You will earn a base commission for each app download and user sign-up.
• Additional Commission: Earn more for users who:
  • Add multiple family profiles.
  • Upload more than 5 medical records per profile.
  • Create profiles for children, pregnant women, or senior citizens.
• Bonus Rewards: Top ambassadors with the highest conversions and engagements will be eligible for exclusive bonuses and rewards as well a certificate acknowledging the performance.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to influence and engage people within your community.
• Passionate about healthcare and digital innovation.
• Prior experience in community engagement, sales, or brand ambassadorship is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own targets.
