Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning Xammer’s cloud solutions effectively in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud computing, SaaS solutions, and enterprise IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored cloud management solutions from Xammer.
  • Work closely with the technical and sales teams to create proposals and close deals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer demands.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Represent Xammer at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or IT consulting (preferably in cloud computing or SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling cloud-based solutions, DevOps tools, or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
