Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Sales team as Sales Interns. This internship is a great opportunity for those who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and the education sector. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our Business Development Executives and Sales team to help potential students learn about online UG/PG/MBA programs and the offerings of College Gyan.

Job Title: Sales Intern

Location: On-site (Noida)
Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Stipend: Up to 20K Per Month

Duration – 3-6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting outbound calls to potential customers from a curated list, focusing on online UG/PG/MBA programs.
  • Introduce and explain the benefits of College Gyan’s services and educational offerings to prospective students.
  • Engage with prospective students to understand their needs and recommend the best courses tailored to them.
  • Support the sales team in addressing customer queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
  • Follow up with leads who have shown interest in our programs but have not yet enrolled.
  • Stay updated with the latest education trends, College Gyan’s offerings, and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Freshers or students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Strong interest in the education sector and sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Adaptable and professional in handling rejections and objections.
  • Basic knowledge of online education and UG/PG/MBA programs is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
