As a Business Development Intern :
You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic development of the organization. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive business development strategy, plan, and action items in collaboration with the team to achieve company objectives.
- Work diligently to meet daily targets set by the company, demonstrating commitment and dedication to achieving goals.
- Educate individuals and organizations about our startup, highlighting its unique benefits and value proposition.
- Support in identifying potential business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach and revenue streams.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and objectives.
- Approaching logistics clients via cold calling and emails.
- Schedule demo of our product for the potential clients using emails.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree (completed or pursuing) in any stream. (Preferred stream - B. Tech, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
