Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and messages to introduce Enginify’s services.
- Qualify leads, understand client pain points, and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct research and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and communication.
- Keep CRM systems up to date with all client interactions and status updates.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handovers and client onboarding.
Requirements
- 0 to 4 years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development roles.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (verbal and written).
- Confidence in cold calling, handling objections, and establishing rapport quickly.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Goal-oriented, with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and productivity software (MS Office / Google Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or software product sales.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and client account management.
