Key Responsibilities
 

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and messages to introduce Enginify’s services.
     
  • Qualify leads, understand client pain points, and propose tailored solutions.
     
  • Conduct research and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
     
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and communication.
     
  • Keep CRM systems up to date with all client interactions and status updates.
     
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
     
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handovers and client onboarding.
     

Requirements
 

  • 0 to 4 years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development roles.
     
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (verbal and written).
     
  • Confidence in cold calling, handling objections, and establishing rapport quickly.
     
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
     
  • Goal-oriented, with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
     
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools and productivity software (MS Office / Google Workspace).
     

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or software product sales.
     
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and client account management.
