Job Description for Business Development Executive for GoBlueWay:

Blue Code Applications has developed an on-demand Vehicle (Car/ Bike) Service mobile app / website for enabling free pickup, service at nominal cost and free drop of the vehicle service booked by vehicle owners in Chennai region by the service centres who tie-up with GoBlueWay app to use our platform for servicing vehicle customers

Blue Code is looking for 1 Business Development Executive from fresher or experienced Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holders to work in field work in Chennai region to onboard the Vehicle (Bike and Car ) service centres who are willing to use GoBlueWay platform to service bikes and cars by abiding the terms and conditions of GoBlueWay

The Business Development executive will be given the leads of bike / car service centres in Chennai region on a daily basis by the Business Development Executive who sits in Chennai office of Blue Code

4.It is expected that the Business Development Executive needs to onboard 5 bike service centres and 5 car service centres in the GoBlueWay app on a daily basis from Monday to Friday. Office space will be predominantly in OMR region.

5. The Business Development Executive will have to possess a two-wheeler to do field work in Chennai region. It will be a hybrid work - 50% work from office and 50% field work.
6. The Business Development Executive will be offered a salary of Rs.20,000 + Rs.4000

(Fuel Allowances) every month apart from incentives and commission.
7.The Business Development Executive will be provided a retention bonus of 1 month

salary at the end of completion of 1 year in the assigned role.
8. Target for each Business Development Executive is to onboard 10 service centres per day

and minimum 200 service centres to be tied up every month
9.The Business Development Executive need to onboard commercial companies to put

advertisements in our mobile app - GoBlueWay to improve sales for them
10.The Business Development Executive will be provided adequate training by the CEO in

their field and office work role process
11.The Business Development Executives are also expected to distribute pamphlets in

Chennai region to reach out to vehicle (Car/ Bike) owners who can be converted as

customers for GoBlueWay app for using the platform regularly
12.The Business Development Executive will be offered good growth opportunities based

on their performance for the benefit of the company
13.The Business Development Executive need to report regularly about the progress of the

activities to the CEO whenever required
