We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team and work remotely to take charge of onboarding travel hosts who organize fixed departure group trips. This is a dynamic role where you will directly contribute to the growth of our platform by engaging with hosts and ensuring they list their trips with us.
Location: Remote | Duration: 2 months (with PPO opportunities)
Key Responsibilities:
💬 Be the voice of Yana.travel - Reach out to potential travel hosts across India and spark engaging conversations that get them curious about our platform.
🎯 Own the full cycle - From the first call to giving a product demo, to finally onboarding the host - this is your mission.
🧪 Experiment your way - We trust your creativity. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Notion, CRM tools or your own hacks to build and manage a strong lead pipeline.
Requirements:
⏰ Available for 5 hours a day, 5 days a week (Sunday - Thursday preferred).
🗣️ Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowing any regional language (except Kannada) is a bonus.
📞 Comfortable making calls, holding conversations, and presenting demos online.
💡 A self-starter mindset - we love folks who take initiative and love ownership.

Stipend and Incentives The stipend will be performance-based:
 You will earn Rs.750 for every host you successfully onboard.
As you continue to excel and onboard more group-trip hosts, there will be additional incentives to reward your performance.
