Job Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our Donorkite software to nonprot organizations, charities, and other entities involved in fundraising. The role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Contact potential clients via phone to introduce and sell Donorkite software. 

● Understand client needs and tailor product offerings to suit their requirements. 

● Generate and follow up on leads to close sales. 

● Provide product demonstrations and presentations over the phone or through virtual meetings. 

● Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. 

● Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

 ● Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and campaigns. 

● Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
