Job Title: Background Verification Specialist

The Opportunity We're seeking a Background Verification Specialist to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our clients' hiring decisions. In this role, you'll become a verification pro, conducting thorough checks on candidates' credentials, education, employment history, and more. 

What You'll Do ● Conduct comprehensive background checks using a variety of resources, including online databases, phone verifications, and court records searches. ● Analyze and verify education, employment, licenses, certifications, and criminal records. ● Ensure all verifications adhere to company policies and industry regulations. ● Maintain meticulous records and communicate results clearly to clients and internal teams. ● Identify discrepancies and potential red flags, escalating issues as needed. ● Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and internal stakeholders. ● Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve our BGV processes and procedures. 

What We're Looking For ● 12th or PUC ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Criminal Justice, or a related field is an added advantage. ● 0-2 years of experience in background verification or a similar role. ● Should be proficient in speaking English and Hindi. ● A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze complex information with precision. ● Excellent communication skills, written & verbal, with the ability to present information concisely. ● The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with online research tools. ● Strong understanding of relevant BGV regulations and compliance requirements in India. ● A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
