Role Overview:
We are looking for a Backend Developer Intern with strong interest in Python and Django to support the development of our core marketplace technology. You will work closely with senior engineers to build APIs, backend logic, user authentication modules, database structures, and application features that power the Biz Trade Mart ecosystem. This internship offers real exposure to enterprise-level architecture, scalable systems, and global product engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to backend development using Python and Django frameworks.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs to support marketplace functionality and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with frontend, AI, and product teams to ensure smooth data flow and platform responsiveness.
• Assist in database modeling, schema optimization, and query performance improvements.
• Participate in debugging, testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Support deployment processes, version control workflows, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of Python programming.
• Knowledge of Django framework fundamentals.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and relational databases.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
• Exposure to Django REST Framework.
• Understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
• Experience with cloud services, Docker, or microservices.
• Interest in AI-driven applications or marketplace technologies.
