We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML & Generative AI Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and deploying advanced machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in algorithms and data structures, hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks, and expertise in developing scalable ML systems in cloud environments.
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for solving real-world problems across various domains.
Work extensively on Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.) to build next-gen AI-powered applications.
Implement and optimize core algorithms including sorting, searching, and tree-based operations.
Build and manage scalable data pipelines and model deployment workflows using modern tools and frameworks.
Leverage cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for training, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models.
Work with both structured and unstructured data to conduct feature engineering, predictive modeling, and data enrichment.
Write clean, modular, and high-quality code adhering to industry best practices for AI/ML development.
Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate models into production systems.
Perform performance tuning, evaluation, and optimization of machine learning and generative models.
Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Stable Diffusion).
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity.
Experience in developing end-to-end ML solutions from data ingestion to production deployment.
Working knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, etc.
Familiarity with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Spark, or similar.
Experience using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model development and deployment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research papers.
Experience with NLP, computer vision, or multimodal models.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
