Your Responsibilities

  1. Work with officeAdmin to manageoffice operations.
  2. Help with operations around hiring new people.
    1. This can includecollaborating with hiringpartners, working with colleges for hiring, onboarding new team members, etc.
  3. Manage internal operations related to clientprojects
    1. Design, improve, and support the client onboarding/de-boarding process
  4. Drive employee engagement.
  5. Help in drivingperiodic employee performance.
  6. Driving org-Level charterfor Learning and development.
  7. Improve internal policiesrelated to healthand other benefits.
  8. Work with the finance team for payrollmanagement.
  9. Help manage eventshosted in the office.
