Your Responsibilities
- Work with officeAdmin to manageoffice operations.
- Help with operations around hiring new people.
- This can includecollaborating with hiringpartners, working with colleges for hiring, onboarding new team members, etc.
- Manage internal operations related to clientprojects
- Design, improve, and support the client onboarding/de-boarding process
- Drive employee engagement.
- Help in drivingperiodic employee performance.
- Driving org-Level charterfor Learning and development.
- Improve internal policiesrelated to healthand other benefits.
- Work with the finance team for payrollmanagement.
- Help manage eventshosted in the office.
