Internship Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and processing of invoices for clients and vendors.
  • Help maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Support the account management team in tracking payments and resolving discrepancies.
  • Conduct data entry and ensure timely updates to financial databases.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports related to invoicing and account management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for invoicing.
  • Participate in regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Familiarity with accounting software MS Office.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
